The best part about this software is that it allows you track your customers from their mobile as well! I have never faced any problem while using queue axis so far!! This softwares are highly recommended for people who need an easy way out when managing various queues like food orders etc. Highly recommendable product if used properly. ! Great tool for managing customer queues

The best thing about QA is that it's so easy to use! You can add multiple queues for different departments and assign them accordingly. You can even set up alerts for when your queue gets too long. It would be great if you could have more control over how often your customers are allowed to leave their queue. We're trying to improve our efficiency by reducing the amount of time people spend waiting in line. With Queaxis we've been able to do this while allowing our customers to still enjoy the

Best Customer Service Management Software

The best thing about this software is its user friendly interface which makes it easy for newbies like me who are not familiar with computer programming language at all to use this platform without any issues or problems whatsoever. I have been using this product since last 3 years now but there has never come an instance where i felt that my queries were solved by them within minutes as promised. This might be because we do not live near their office so they cannot solve our problem…
