Either received misleading information or wrong product. Not sure yet.
Kind of not happy and if anyone from EKO wants to help I'd be very happy. Ordered a motion sensor bin that was supposed to have a fully removable plastic liner. So basically a trash can in a trash can. The product info says it comes with a removable liner, and even the user manual lists it. But instead I have a ring liner that you have to slap into a garbage bag, tuck the ends under, and then try not to trap your skin in it. Which resulted in me getting an instant bloody blister the first time I tried to snap that stupid ring insert back in place! I hope the product itself is good. I will write another review after EKO contacted me.
