Surprisingly fluffy, no sharp taste, blends well.

This is a much more airy and fluffy powder than most protein powders, which may be why they make a large scoop per serving. I always use peanut butter, frozen banana, and Soylent drink as the base for my smoothies, so I can't tell if it has any specific flavor as the other ingredients are overwhelming. this is exactly what I expect from my protein powder!
