A friend had to lug a rattle out of his house just before high winds and heavy rain over Christmas. Now we have an eyesore in our driveway filled with contractors' tools and supplies. Can't vouch for water resistance or not as we only needed a cover. The wind was blowing, the rain was lashing, and the front and rear straps, as well as the straps that run under the rider's center, held tight in the raging storm. One night while pulling into the garage, my daughter noticed that the "stripes" on the car cover were reflective! And the price is right. ☺️
