The way they have created their modules is great! It makes it easy to modify as we need or create custom ones if necessary (we had some issues creating our own). They are always available via chat for any question you might have during your sales process. I wish there was more training material that covered how each module works in depth but so far everything has been explained properly when requested by us through email/chat etc. We've used them since 2016 now with no problems yet - which goes along saying nothing bad too :) Great support team. Easy integration into CRM platforms like Salesforce & MS Dynamics. Automated data backups at regular intervals is one big plus point also.
