Photo of my 99 TJ just to show you I did it. First engine overhaul since high school. I still have it! Anyway, this came with the gasket and all the exhaust flange bolts and fitted like a glove. I had to reinstall the bolts because I hadn't tightened everything and there was a vacuum leak. After I took care of it, it worked like new and sounded much better. The previous exhaust manifold was cracked (original TJ part and known issue). This new one had flexible parts and snapped into place perfectly. No gasket or flange issues - both fit perfectly. 99 TJ from 4.0
