Installed, not working. I tested it outside and it seems to work. I tried installing it again, didn't work. I took the door latch out of the door and put the switch in and tried it, it didn't work but when I press the back of the switch it works. I found that the two parts of the switch were not properly attached. A piece of plastic with a connector moved inside a metal case that clicked into the door lock. At the top of the metal case where we crimped it wasn't crimped properly so the internals dangled in it. For the price it really wasn't worth sending it back so I thought I'd see if I could fix it. I used a couple of channel locks to slide the plastic part all the way into the body and then used a vise to squeeze it together and it seemed to work and it stays together and works. We'll see if it holds up, but having to fix it this way is ridiculous, not to mention the time I wasted installing and then removing it. You reinstall it and then eventually remove all the latch to make it work and then you have to reset the oven latch and reconnect all the connections. What should have taken 20 minutes ended up taking hours.
