A little confusing but it turned out great!
Unlike the last filter I used, this one comes as a filter ring and adapter. Initially I was confused by the installation as the filter border looked the same size as the previous one. After measuring, I realized why it didn't fit. Then I installed the adapter ring and filter inside. It all made sense and worked great!
