They have been very responsive to our requests for changes, even when we were not satisfied with what they offered initially! The chatbots are extremely useful tools that provide us great insights into how customers interact within each channel (email vs website).
We also use them as customer service bots - this has saved me many hours during busy times at work or while traveling away from my desk/office space by allowing clients direct access through either email / phone call etc without having an agent respond first time around.
