Read the instructions very carefully. VERY IMPORTANT. If you have a factory amplified system, CONNECT THE FRONT OUTPUTS OF THE UNSOLD RADIO TO THE REAR INPUTS OF THE RADIO'S 22-PIN CONNECTOR. White to Green input, White/Black to Green/Black input, Gray to Violet input, Gray/Black to Violet/Black input. I didn't read the instructions on this step carefully and made white to white etc. As a result, everything worked except for the phone/bluetooth sound. Go back and read this step, it was an easy fix.
