I had one of these combo coasters years ago and loved it. However, eventually it got lost over time and I started using one of those cheap plastic brush holders. I always thought I would upgrade but never got around to it until I got the chance to try it. This is a very attractive stainless steel so it should protect against rust and water damage. In my photo you can see a 1956 Rooney 3/2 Super Fine and Gillette Fat Boy Adjustable. Both fit nicely in their slots. The bowl is pretty small so if you want to store a soap washer look for one of those small drugstore brands like Col. Conk or VanDerHagen etc. A large washer won't work unless you cut or grind it to size. . The foam will most likely foam on the sides anyway. I mostly use creams in tubes and whipping them in a bowl works great. I look and recommend gladly.
