Review on Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet With Swiss Granite Coating And Lid, Healthy Cookware Chef'S Pan With Glass Cover, PFOA Free (11 Inches) by Jay Koterba

Great pan, but I don't trust the handle

I bought this pan to replace an aluminum one that would not work on my induction cooktop. It has performed very well: even heat distribution and easy to clean. I even tried the acid test by filling it with water and poaching eggs in it. My other non-stick pans have required scrubbing to get rid of the egg spots that stuck to the pan, but not this one. My only reservation is that the handle attachment looks fragile, and I see that other commenters report that it has broken off. Other competitive pans use a metal handle attached with a rivet, an inherently stronger attachment. With that caveat, I can recommend this pan. It's reasonably priced and, unusually for a pan this size, comes with a snug-fitting glass lid.

Pros
  • Truly non-stick and very versatile. Going to get more.
Cons
  • It may take too long to heat up
