Actual dimensions: 11'6" x 19'6". The packaging incorrectly states that the finished dimensions are 12' x 20'. Although this tarp is too small, I was able to use it as a replacement canopy for my 10" x 20" ShelterLogic canopy that was beginning to crack after 2 years of exposure to the sun. , wind and snow (manufacturer says it's not designed for long-term outdoor use, so no complaints). Granted this tarp doesn't have the SL canopy liner so water from the roof will roll inwards down the eaves a bit, but it's thicker and cheaper than the SL canopy and feels more durable. No signs of wear after a few weeks and some snow.
