Review on Plastic Kitchen Children Cooking Vegetable by Janet Rivera
Good for a budding young chef.
I bought these for a 4 year old who likes to help with the cooking. He sure uses them to cut vegetables like zucchini, olives, onions. Sure they don't cut tomatoes well, but I wouldn't let him use a knife sharp enough to cut tomatoes. These knives are good enough for his age group.
