This is a well made, high quality dehumidifier. I have several living 40s in a large RV. I don't understand the complaints. It comes with a two-year warranty and lifetime support. I emailed them with questions and they responded within 24 hours and were extremely helpful and even open to feedback on the design or what I would like to change. Their customer service is excellent although they are currently limited to email. If your device doesn't work, it will be replaced quickly! Things happen especially on production and assembly lines. A person can rashly make a small mistake by fitting a part incorrectly and the machine will not work. Revain accepts returns and this company stands behind their products. Great for a small space. It has a small bucket that is lightweight and easy to empty compared to my huge 2 gallon frigidaire that I use for the entire other end of my mobile home! However, in my situation I had to empty it more often as it draws out a lot of water! It has a wonderful handle that makes it easy to move from place to place unlike my other dehumidifiers before. However, it makes less noise than the previous ones. The buttons are easy to use and clear. The kit includes a rare hose for draining gravity feed. You must read the instructions carefully. In order to avoid accidents caused by water leakage, when connecting the drain hose, it is necessary to remove an additional cover in addition to the plug. You can buy more PVC if you need a longer hose. As I said before, their customer service is great if you email them. Very happy with my unit.
