Review on 📀 Sony RDRVX515 DVD Recorder: Superior Recording Quality and Ease of Use by Russ Mashlan

The Sony RDRVX515 DVD recorder has many nice features and would be worth the price if it worked as advertised. Unfortunately I kept it too long to get the DVD burner working and couldn't return it to Revain. Out of 12+ attempts to dub homemade VHS movies, only one DVD finished without errors, even though I tried DVDs from 3 different brands including Sony. The DVD drive refuses to eject discs for up to 30 minutes which is REALLY frustrating. It scratches factory film DVDs. Thick manual doesn't help. I ended up sending it back to Sony and am still waiting but after reading other reviews with the same issues it looks like I bought my first Sony Lemon. By the way, we like other Sony products, especially the laptop and the camera. I suggest discarding this DVD burner until the model is updated!
