Product - 5 Stars They are really nice and not the worst to install. It took us a little time to get everything in order, but you get an assembly kit that really helps. The glass is beautiful with small bubbles inside and definitely refreshes the room. Quality Assurance - 4 stars. When we got ours one of the pendants was really crooked, the glass was much shorter on one side than the other and we didn't notice until we got up and hung. I would love it if both were on the same level from the start. But great customer service to save the day!. Customer service - 5 stars. I emailed the seller and sent him a photo and about a week later I had a new light! It was so cute and they delivered another one to us very quickly and quickly. I really appreciate your service!
