I've wanted a multi-relay module like this for a long time. This works as I expected. The input voltage requires 12V, but the trigger voltage can be driven directly from 5V by an Arduino or similar microcontroller. The circuit board is well designed and of good quality. I put together a quick and easy Arduino program to cycle through each of the relays to test everything. It worked like a charm. Check out my uploaded video.
