At first I thought I'd have to send them back because of the small hole on one end. I couldn't picture my 1/4" elastic that I did I use to make masks as it could leak through. I watched several videos on other products. I took the smallest hook (size F) and stuck it through the small hole, grabbed the elastic loop and pulled through. There's something about it Took work but worked it out in the end as it's silicone and very malleable I was surprised but glad I didn't have to return it I really like the clarity - very unobtrusive Unfortunately there were no tools or instructions/tips otherwise they will work just fine.
