I work long hours staring at dual computer screens. My eyes would start watering within minutes of sitting down to start the day. Friends suggested that I get blue block glasses… I randomly looked for blue block screen protectors. Best thing to ever happen to my work life! Doesn’t work with touch screens (which isn’t an issue for me) & they are not anti glare (which isn’t an issue for me either).
