No more knuckle buster!
I always skipped adding lemon or lime zest to anything because I HATE zesting/grating those fruits. I ALWAYS caught a knuckle on the grate. But this this is amazing. Sharp, but yet, I haven’t caught my knuckle on it yet. Easy to use, easy to keep a grip, easily sets over a bowl so the grated food doesn’t make a mess.
