When I first used the oven and followed all the directions to the letter, a 1 inch diameter bubble formed in the black heating element, melting the glass in one area and mostly burning the rest the glass. When I tried to fix it with a product made specifically for the purpose (by first removing the black bubble which showed more black under the bubble) I found that there was at least a quarter inch of air pocket. deep in the white outer shell at the top right below the black finish, just on the outside edge where the black finish and white firebrick meet. It appears to be a design flaw. I am not happy.
