After spending lots of money trying many other pillows, this SleepRight pillow saved the night! Like a real side sleeper, I can finally sleep peacefully and pain-free at night. No more neck and shoulder stiffness in the morning! The lift is the perfect height and keeps my spine and shoulders straight. I add a regular pillow between my knees for further alignment. Although it's a bit pricey, I would definitely buy this pillow again. Update: Even though I paid an additional $45 (!) for expedited shipping to Hawaii (usually 2-3 days), it took over a week to deliver. Red flag if you are in a hurry to get this item. USPS Flat Rate Priority would be much cheaper and certainly much faster.
