Review on Magnetic Fishing Games Toys Kids by Paul Milonas

I bought this item for my almost 3 year old son. I was so excited because I thought he would love it. When we took it out of the box, we noticed that all the inscriptions are in Chinese: the instructions and the toy itself. I have no idea what the buttons say. It doesn't have English like in the pictures which is annoying but my son doesn't care anyway. BUT within 5 minutes of playing with it, the music/talk which is all in Chinese stopped completely and the moving parts of the toy stopped working. Very dissatisfied.
