When I placed my order only 1 version of the charger was shown and mine came without a cable. The replacement I was sent was missing. Some time after I contacted Revain about the first order the product page was updated to show multiple versions only 1 of which includes a cable and this version is more expensive (ie they increased the price a few days ago if you still want the cable, otherwise the charger is sold separately at the original price). So the charger is no longer the bargain it used to be. This works well, but note that 20V charging is only available if the vehicle has a 24V on-board electrical system. Also, I'm not sure about the accuracy of the displayed voltage and current readings, but they're at least close enough to give a good idea of what's happening.
