These harnesses may be suitable for small dogs, but they are not safe for large dogs. The first problem with them is that they come loose when your dog steps on the seat belt button. Of course, if you're driving, you can't make sure it's still plugged in. Every time we tried using them on our dogs in both of our cars, they came from the dogs. They are also not strong enough to withstand an impact without breaking. The idea is very good, but the materials and the ability of dogs to detach them will NOT protect your dogs in the event of a collision. I do not recommend!
