I needed a webcam for an online school course via zoom video conferencing because I don't have a laptop. This overview is based on usage in the Zoom Video Conference app. The installation was very easy (plug and play). I just plugged it into a USB port and Windows 10 did the rest. The video quality is crisp and clear. The sound quality is excellent. Other people in Zoom meetings can hear well. The best thing about this webcam for me is the ability to control the zoom/pan/tilt functions with the included remote control. Some webcams have a wide field of view and cannot be adjusted. I've found that there are 10 levels of zoom and I can zoom in and out and pan and tilt as needed. This gives me a lot of freedom to express myself in class. The autofocus is very fast and I had no problems with defocusing. The remote control is thin and feels good in the hand. The buttons are conveniently located and easy to use. NexiGo also has an application that I can install on your computer. I can adjust various settings manually. (WB, Brightness, Contrast, Zoom, Pan, Tilt). If I had to pick a few cons, the protective case is very cheap and it didn't come with 2 AAA batteries for the remote control.
