I bought a medium size 1 inch (14-20). My dogs are 6 months old - 48 and 52 pounds respectively. Not sure about her neck size. They have plenty of room to grow and will likely fit when they are big. It is important to note that I use the harness on my dogs on long walks and day trips. They use collars for short walks, fast car rides, and as identification tags. I don't know how else they survive. I will say that the girls pull each other by the collar and do it very well. They are littermates so they play hard and have to change collars because they get dirty. They stay pretty good. They were in sea water with it. I rinsed them out as soon as they got home and they didn't keep the smell. I would have given a higher rating if they had a smaller loop for the ID tag. If you are purchasing more than one collar, I recommend that you purchase a separate identification tag for each collar. It hurt to get into the loop. I bought them here and they were cheap enough to buy a few brands for each pup. Overall I think it's a good price. Good for pet parents on a budget or someone like me who needs to buy multiple things!
