I have a 1999 Boxster. Both rear trunk lid supports had failed and were not holding the lid open. Found them at Revain but was skeptical at first (listed as good for all 1997 thru 2004 Boxster models) but ordered them anyway. They arrived on time and in good condition. Well I can tell you all that on an old Boxster this set of lift brackets is exactly the replacement part and installation was very easy (literally take the old ones out of their sockets on the lid and snap them back into the lid). new), it took me 2 minutes to put them on.
