I received it well packed and on time. However, when I took the TRX out of the box without even removing the fasteners surrounding the TRX, I noticed what appeared to be mold between the TRX. Also, some of the yellow parts had an odd tint. After removing the bracket, I immediately had to use disinfectant wipes to get rid of the mold (and that's been the case on a fairly large number of TRX's). Also, I was able to register the item immediately as indicated in the leaflet that came with it. Since then I have downloaded the app and also used the tutorial videos on the website. Since then I've been training with a trainer who helps me with the correct TRX technique. If you think you're in good shape, try training with TRX and it's on a whole different level. I highly recommend that you have someone teach or show you the correct form as I have seen several videos on YouTube where the form is so wrong that it can cause injury. I always wanted to buy this years ago when it first came out and I'm so glad I finally did! It's expensive, but it's an addition to my workout regimen. I suffer from neuromuscular problems and my trainer started training me with strength training methods that included TRX. He highly recommends this investment piece which I can also travel with and use on any solid door. My 4 stars are only because of the mold on the TRX, but it deserves a full 5 stars for what it can do to your body. .
