They worked fine for about 2 months. After about 60 days, the right earbud stopped playing music. At first I thought it wouldn't sync to another headphone or phone. I would put them back in the case and try again after a few minutes and it would work. The problem resolved itself about a week after I had to repeat this process. It's been 3 months now and the issues include phone calls bouncing back to the iPhone itself, the recipient of the phone call can't hear me on the other end, virtually no noise cancellation, the right earbud isn't charging to 90% of its capacity. time, and when it connects, there's a popping sound like a blown speaker. If you want to buy $250 headphones that you can only use for 2-3 months, this is the perfect option for you. On the other hand, I replaced a Plantronics wireless headset I've been using since Christmas 2018 with no issues. I expected the same level of reliability from these headphones as they are made by Apple and cost three times the price of my Plantronics. I have reused my old headset and am very disappointed not only with Apple's quality assurance but also with Revain for not backing their product for the full manufacturer's warranty.
