If you're buying it for a single computer, or only intend to use KVM capabilities infrequently, this is a great monitor. Colours, brightness and image quality are first class. High refresh rate is cool and gaming performance is amazing. HDR is a bit oversaturated at times, but by far the biggest disappointment is the firmware on this screen - the UX for this monitor is absolute rubbish. It's like a real fire in a trash can. To use KVM you need *13* keys to change the active device. Switching between devices is a pain. If you turn off a computer without first switching to another computer on kvm, the screen will cancel your active menu interaction and go to sleep. If you let it go to sleep, you can't toggle the kvm input unless the other computer is displaying something. It doesn't sound bad if you don't have a blank home screen that you can disable when you have no input. via kvm - so you can see that a vicious circle begins to develop here. My ability to change kvm should not be dictated by the current initial state of either device. It is also very annoying that inputs and kvm settings cannot be linked, so that the correlated kvm setting is automatically adopted when switching to an input. They have a sneaky option to help with the above ailments with their "Favorites" configuration - however, they're hidden deep in another menu and require manual hotswitch remapping to actually switch - which is also deep located in another independent menu. The best part (read: the worst part) is that quickly changing settings with the "Favorites" option doesn't really work for changing kvm. So I'm stuck by first toggling the thirteen button kvm setup, then using the power button to shut down my second computer since I can't hit the shutdown button, and then hoping everything works properly with kvm so the monitor doesn't toggle put it to sleep and prevent me from changing the KVM settings again. In terms of hardware, my only criticism is that the USB hub only has two ports and one of them is on the bottom left. Monitor - which is pretty much useless to me as I don't want a huge cable running under my monitor. I solved this problem by screwing another USB hub to the back of the screen and I'm done with that. In general everything is fine. It's a dream to use as long as you're not interacting with the menu or doing anything with the firmware. An excellent monitor that let us down with a slow and cumbersome firmware. I bought this pretty much for KVM (along with its other features) so I can switch back and forth between my work laptop and my gaming rig, and I'd be lying if I said I got this thing from the price point runs, was not disappointed . .
