Review on 🚤 Tohatsu/Nissan & Mercury Outboard Boat Engine Carburetor 3R1-03200-1/0, 3AS-03200-0, 803522T1/2, 8M0053670 - 3.5HP, 4HP & 5HP by Josh Maher

For years I've struggled to get my 3.5 Tohatsu to work. especially at idle. I have cleaned and repaired the carburetor dozens of times. This solution was quick, easy and well worth it. Now the engine runs like new. Likewise. throughout the process. I discovered that the on/off valve had a rotten fuel filter built into it - INSIDE THE FUEL LINE! Which was probably the problem all along. I cut this crook and included a small built in filter from an auto parts store as a field mod.
