My skin is always dry. This is the first product that doesn't taste awful and doesn't need to be reapplied more than once, if ever, on a day my lips don't peel. It's a bloody mess in the winter, but now that it's summer, this product gives me hope for the cold months. It doesn't feel slimy or slippery. I'm really not sure why everyone is so upset about the packaging. Every lip balm I've ever bought has always come in a tube. If the thought of your own skin and cells in your own balm bothers you, wash your hands first. if it had a screw cap, it would have to be so tight that you couldn't close it with your finger. In principle, it is not so difficult to open. I have arthritis and muscle problems, but I've never "dipped my thumbnail in a product" or anything like that. I thought about the reviews I read before purchasing this product and was a little nervous when I opened it. And then really embarrassing that so many people had problems. It's a slim, compact device that fits easily in my pocket or purse. Super comfortable. Maybe after these last reviews they changed the packaging design? Still confused from the fight.
