Overall positive experience working wth Live Contact

I like that it can connect to almost any CRM or Salesforce, which is great for our business because we are able to leverage Salesforce data into a single unified view across all departments in an organization! If you have multiple connections with your email address list than this product would be helpful as well if it could pull from other databases of its own (such as LinkedIn) but overall good fit so far.

We use these integrations daily within sales team - tracking performance KPIs, reporting out performance metrics/data back up in SFDC etc., I like that it allows me to see all my customers in one place, and also gives me access to their profiles so I can contact them via email or phone call with ease! It's not very intuitive at first but once you figure out how everything works, it is easy for anyone who knows how to use Google Docs (or other online software) to navigate through the system. We are solving problems of our current clients by creating custom lists as well as providing analytics reports.
