UPDATE: Well here I am 3 months later and that piece of JUNK is completely gone! The left channel goes out first so to see if it's the speaker or the box itself I connect the left speaker to the bass channel and the speaker works so the problem is with the channel. Well here I am in a few days and the right channel and bass channel are gone I have nothing. I gave it three stars in my original review because it was cheap but had decent sound. Well, now it's NO sound. I guess sometimes you get less than you pay for! One more thing: Forget about product support. It does not exist. Well it's cheap Bluetooth works well and the sound is pretty good for the price. The problem is that there isn't really an FM radio, it doesn't pick up one station well and seems to have the scanning range of that station. It's hard to tell exactly how to operate the radio because, like all cheap Chinese electronics, the instructions are nothing more than a postage stamp with some gibberish that doesn't match the controls.
