I will speak simply, pleasantly and understandably, since many people have dealt with the study before. I've moved from the LP2 and CF Wireless to make room for this CF Wireless 2. So if you're familiar with current V-Moda models, the design is identical to those that have a click-fold mechanism. The build quality is just great. Now let's get to the good. Between convenience, foldability, and better sound quality, it's not an issue if you have first-gen wireless. The white version I bought looks so good in person. Fits much better both on your head and in your bag when you go to the gym and so on. The battery is about an hour or two better from my previous usage. As for the sound, the bass remains the same but is more refined, and the soundstage has become more open. This time with V-moda I hear a lot more detail and enjoy the vocals a lot more. I was able to offset the cost a bit by selling my CFW 1s, so it wasn't the full $330 price point for me. But if you're on the fence, go for it.
