I'm one of those people who is always looking for a deep tissue massage. The main thing I look for in any of these percussive massagers is that the motor can handle moderate pressure without stopping. We've tried several massage guns ranging in price from $40 to several hundred dollars, with the biggest difference in cost being the amount of pressure the massager can withstand before stopping. This massager can withstand deep pressure without stopping. In fact, it might be stronger than what I'm currently using. The device isn't as heavy as some of the other percussive massagers I own, so it's easy to hold onto even your shoulders. However, this device is much louder, which makes a difference when I'm carrying it on my shoulders and right next to my ears. The controls on this device are different from others I've used. It features a touchscreen to control percussion speed/strength. There are 7 speeds but the touchscreen is way too sensitive so I can only get it on soft, medium and hard which to be honest is all I really need anyway. The device works just as well as devices I've used in the $140 and up price range. All in all, this is a very powerful massager and a very good choice for those who enjoy a deep tissue massage.
