Didn't have a full polishing tool as described. Does not have a ball detent for rotary positions. The set screw pin was too tight making it difficult to turn the head. This tool is no better than other non-professional brands, but no worse. Suitable for normal household use. It seems everyone now has a lifetime guarantee on most hand tools, so this is no longer the main feature of the Craftsman brand.
