I love BDM because they are always looking out new ways in which we can use our products best features! We've been using this program since day one when my children were born at Kaiser Permanente hospital so now with all 3 kids being treated here as well its even more important than ever before!! Thats why you have dedicated support people like myself who work tirelessly everyday just trying make sure your users get what THEY want from there product or service no matter how small. The BEST part about working under an Account Manager (like me) instead if having only salespeople selling these programs has made us be honest without BSing them into buying something thats not right but still wants money upfront. !!
