Review on πŸ”ͺ Grip-Rite Stone Wool Insulation Knife: Optimum Cutting Solution for Stone Wool Insulation by James Crofton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not suitable for R-30

May be suitable for cutting R-15, mineral wool, but has serious problems with R-30 (which is much thicker). useful, 3 fingers fit but tight (issue applies to all types of insulation)* handle shape forces user to hold it in a certain position, not very flexible (issue applies to all types of insulation)* blade too short to pass through the Butt to cut whole, breaks some wool (may work well for R15, doesn't work for R30, not sure if it will be a problem for R23) * The blade is not strong enough. Because when it's thin, it doesn't stay straight. ends with a skewed cut (may work well for R15, doesn't work for R30, not sure if this would be a problem for R23). and day and night.
