This product provides two sensor ports and two sensors. Powered by 2 AA 1.5V batteries included. I recommend reading the manual before using the product. It's not long and I needed it as the device is not very user friendly in my opinion. But once you know how it works, it's easy to use. The device comes with a protective silicone case already installed when you take it out of the box. You can choose the type of meat you want to cook and it is related to a set temperature that you can increase or decrease as you like. You can set a timer or just wait for the beep to sound once the temperature is reached. I've used this several times and so far it's working as expected. The only problem I have is the sensor 2 reading on the right side of the display. It crashes when you press any of the keys. Flickers repeatedly for a few seconds to minutes. So I can't count on a second probe. The position of probe 1 has no problem and works well. I could not find a guarantee in either the product information or the product description. I would give more points if the Probe 2's display worked better. But this has actually turned this product into a 1-probe unit. I hope this information was helpful.
