I bought this product and it caused more of my hair to fall out after the first wash. I used it again and noticed more of my hair in the shower than ever had been. I tried Niaxin and had the same issue. I am currently still looking for a product that will work for me. But I did give my mother the remaining shampoo & conditioner and its been working for her. Less of her hair falls out & it looks and feels thicker. Although the product did not work for me I am still giving them a higher rating due to the great customer service, fast shipping and because the product worked for my mother. Everybody's body is different and reacts differently to some products.
