Review on 🍳 Cooks Standard Stainless Steel Multi-Ply Clad Cookware Set - 10 Piece by Lacey Anderson

This is my first stainless steel set. In the past I've tried using a stainless steel pan to fry eggs and had a terrible experience. I recently installed an induction cooktop in my kitchen and tested it by purchasing a stainless steel pan. Having used it successfully a few times (check out some online videos on cooking and cleaning stainless steel) I felt comfortable buying the set. I've been using this kit for a few weeks now and it's working great for me so far. We'll have to wait and see how these pans hold up years later. I treat them with care and have had no problems with stains or burn marks. I used a metal whisk in the pan so now I have scratches on the inside of the pan but who cares? This is a kitchen utensil and will wear out as you use it for cooking. Don't expect things to look new forever. Before purchasing this set I did some research and came to the conclusion that I needed a three layer material that runs along the bottom and sides of the pot. Chefs Standard multi-layer cookware meets my criteria at an affordable price. If I were a professional chef I would buy All Clad, but I'm on a tight budget and don't want to take out credit for my pots and pans. The "test" pan I bought was a standard 10" Cooks pan. . Now that I have bought this 10 piece set I have everything I need for my daily cooking. The steam basket was a plus. I don't need it but think it's cool since it comes with the kit. Even though he's small. I thought the steamer basket would fit a large pot but it doesn't, it fits a 3 liter pot. Enough to steam veggies for dinner. The dishes look great. I like the shape of the handles, they are comfortable to hold. Beautiful and strong. This is a great set for the price.
