Definitely a must-have for trips abroad

This is a pretty good surge protector if you're planning a trip and want extra protection. The first thing I would like to say about this is that it only has three plugs, which isn't too many for something of this size. However, this device is not too small, so it will take up a lot of space in your bag. Also, I'd say this works great for the back of a TV or computer. As for me, I've used this to travel with my laptop and I have several different devices that require power. Once again I note about this product that it has three power outlets and three USB ports. The forks are set fairly far apart so you don't have to worry about the forks getting in the way. This makes it ideal for connecting power supplies and other high power devices. You don't have to worry about wasting space because the power supply is too big. So if you have a huge power supply that you want to plug into it I would recommend buying one as there is plenty of room to plug it in. At the same time, it can work with three ports plus three USB. It protects your devices in case of overload, which is a plus. The cool thing is that each plug has a power switch so you can turn it off when not in use. Three USB ports are on just one power button. It has a good cord length from the actual device, which is nice (6ft long). Don't worry about it being too short and the TAD cable is a bit flimsy, but it's ok. You can route it away from the wall, but be aware that the cord is pretty flimsy, so make sure it doesn't get caught on anything. I would recommend using zip ties if possible to keep the cable organized and tidy. This is not an angled wall plug, so make sure nothing is leaning against the plug to avoid damaging the cord. I love that it has three extra USB sockets so I don't have to worry about plugging in USB wall outlets anymore. I no longer have to pack that extra USB jack to charge my phone or tablet. This frees up space for other things in my bag. The overall design is nice as it gives you three ports with extra space. I usually like to have one when my family is visiting from Australia and Asia so they don't have to worry about plugging in an extra adapter. You can power whatever you need (Of course, don't overdo it with connecting high-powered devices. The plugs inside are very convenient, so you don't have to worry about a cable being easily pulled out. USB ports don't provide a fast charging If you want to use it to charge your tablet and phone, but note that it has enough power to keep a fire burning easily, it doesn't generate too much heat but keeps it outdoors when it's in general a good surge protector is for travelers You get plenty of plugs and USB ports so you don't have to worry about running out of ports The only downside is that the cable feels a bit flimsy.
