I initially had trouble using the video display ports on this unit, both HDMI and VGA. Since my laptop has the right ports to support 3 extended monitors from my laptop, giving me a 4th display, I wasn't too upset as the other ports worked fine. However, having recently visited the Pluggable website, specifically their community board they monitor, I read about a driver update to fix issues with the latest Windows 10 full update "DisplayLink” without knowing what the Results would be after successful execution. , this solves the problems I had using the HDMI and VGA connectors, I choose HDMI. I posted a message and while this software update is not required for Windows 10, it fixed the issue on Windows 10 and got a quick response from Plugable Tech Support. Had it worked well prior to the Windows 10 update I would have given it 5 stars. Now I am happy with Plugable and will buy from them again knowing their tech support is responsive.
