I bought a set of these for decoration last year and I liked them so much I wanted to decorate our Christmas tree with them this year and get rid of the old basic sets. I tested the performance of three sets of these 300 99 foot long bulbs and tested 8 rows of 100 bulbs from the past. I was shocked! My old bulbs use 365 watts of electricity, but these new LED bulbs only use 15 watts at full brightness! At 10% brightness (in the photo the tree is less bright) they only consume 3 watts! For 900 lights, that's amazing! The wood looks chic and the copper wire disappears. At night I reduce the brightness to 10%, it looks so nice too! I love the remote control and I'm sure these lights will pay for themselves in a month. And everything worked great. The only issue I'm worried about is being able to take them off the tree and roll them back up. The copper wire appears to be very thin. Will update my review after I cut down the tree.
