These are good measuring cups. I like how they fit tightly together (they don't knock in the van). The short handle gives them strength. Thick, durable and well made. Plastic cups are lighter and quieter than stainless steel and I prefer them. So much radioactive metal now comes out of China that I avoid stainless steel unless I can confirm its origin. Although I don't store food in plastic (I only use glass), ingredients only come into brief contact with these cups during measurement, so disruption is kept to a minimum.
