Game-changing comfort AFTER healing time!

These items are VERY COMFORTABLE - AFTER you've given your nose time to HEAL from the hard, uncomfortable pads you're replacing. You should be aware that the relief will NOT come IMMEDIATELY as you will still be sore from your old pads for a day or so - and AFTER you have had a good night's sleep without wearing your glasses. Today is the day AFTER I installed it - and NOW I can feel the difference. It feels like I'm not wearing two-ton goggles anymore! Yes, it's the BOMB! But it's important to understand that your nose needs time to HEAL. So don't think they don't work if you don't see INSTANT relief because it will be NEXT DAY (perhaps longer, for some) before you realize the benefits of these air pillows. VERY NICE that they came with a bunch of EXTRA SCREWS and TOOLS ALSO! Change pads on a large table - ON A terry towel so the screw you drop doesn't bounce and/or roll on the floor. Also remember that if you're using tweezers or small needle nose pliers or something similar, you need enough grip to hold the screw so it doesn't turn when you try to insert it. START that bolt off your tool! Trust me on that! Instead, try using thumb and middle fingernails - they align better than thumb and forefinger (get this from a wizard who knows special holds!) than start another - so you have a HELP screwing in new should be - and by that I mean from which DIRECTION! The thread is only on one side of the seal retainer - and if misplaced, the bolt will not fully pull! By only working one side at a time to completion, you'll always have an idea of how the screw is going! Also, the pads can be installed upside down if you're not careful! The big arch goes up, but if you do one page at a time you'll have THIS link too! (You may need someone to do this for you because you don't have glasses to SEE this fine work! Glasses means I'm lucky!) Good luck with that and have fun!

Pros
  • UPDATE: The nose pad has a plastic base that supports the glasses frame and keeps it on the bridge of the nose.
Cons
  • Damaged
