Pros: cheap, has zoom Cons: cheap quality, breakage, blurry image (as to be expected) I bought these hoping they would last long enough to decide how much to spend on a good pair of binoculars . But they broke on my last trip. I used them on a hike and a trek so 3 days total and the zoom broke. Image quality isn't very good for something like bird watching since that's what I'm concentrating on. You can see the bird but it is very difficult to get a picture clear enough to see what kind of bird it is or details. But they were okay for the area. The zoom stops; I don't know if this is a defect or if I just had bad luck with mine. I don't know if I can recommend them as I bought another brand in the same order and I like them better.
